Delivery

Orders are normally despatched within five working days of receipt of the order. Please allow up to seven working days for delivery.

For express or next-day delivery please contact us for delivery charges.

In the event a particular item is out of stock we will advise you accordingly and provide you with an estimated delivery date.

Please ensure that we are given a full and correct address with postcode. We regret we are unable to deliver to a PO Box Number.

For deliveries to Southern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man please contact us for delivery charges and availability.

For overseas delivery please contact us for a quotation for overseas delivery and handling charges. Some overseas orders may be subject to local import duties and we will not be liable for these payments.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellation

We are confident you will love your Yummy Mummy Gifts order, however if you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us before returning the item, within 5 working days. All returns are at customers own expense.

If you return the goods unused and in their original packaging, within 14 days and we will be happy to give a refund or an exchange on that item.

In other circumstances (eg. change of mind) your return postage & packaging charges are non refundable.

Please remember! we can not be held responsible for returns that do not reach us, so it is advisable to send the item with an insured service and to retain proof of postage.

Please make sure you read the care labels either on the product or on the product tag as refunds will not be given to products that have been damaged in the wash.

If there are any other probems regarding your order, not covered above please contact us within 28 days.

The above terms do not affect your Statutory Rights. English Law applies to all purchases.

Damaged Items

If the goods arrive damaged please advise us immediately by email or telephone to arrange return and refund or replacement of the items.

Refunds for the return of damaged goods and reimbursement of the cost of postage will be made to the credit/debit card account used to purchase the items.

In the event of the goods being faulty Yummy Mummy Gifts will cover the relevent costs for postage (please note you must send the goods via a reasonable method of postage, please choose the cheapest method available, not courier, first class or special delivery and limit packaging and therefore weight to reduce cost).
