We use PayPal payment service for the secure transfer and processing of credit/debit card information. PayPal encrypts all credit or debit card information and authorise payment directly. No credit or debit card details are stored once your order has been processed. This is why you need to enter your card details each time you order.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number and payment information. We may record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase. We collect such information about you for three reasons:

* to make your shopping experience with us in the future as quick and simple as possible
* to inform you by email of any Velvet Brown promotions or new products that we think may be of interest. Please email us if you do not want us to send you this information.
